Italian pizza restaurant Crust Bros has signed a deal with BNP Paribas REIM to open a restaurant at 29 Bedford Street, Covent Garden, WC2.
It has signed for a 4,200 sq ft restaurant that was previously occupied by French bakery Paul.
It is understood the pizza brand has signed a 25-year lease with BNP. This restaurant will be Crust Bros’ third site.
Paul vacated the premises following the expiry of its lease, and the unit attracted nearly 10 offers.
Crust Bros has applied to Westminster City Council for alterations to the shopfront.
Crust Bros launched its first physical location in Waterloo in 2017.
