International law firm King & Spalding has agreed to take an additional floor at Stanhope and Mitsubishi Estate London’s 8 Bishopsgate, EC2, expanding the company’s presence within the building to nearly 50,000 sq ft.
The company has agreed to take 8,544 sq ft of the 41st floor of the 50-storey development, in addition to the 10-year lease it has on 41,000 sq ft across the 27th-31st floors.
Just three floors at the top of the building remain up for grabs in the building, which also includes 75,000 sq ft of amenity space, including a 200-seat auditorium, the Twenty SixKitchen, Bar & Terrace and The Lookout viewing gallery on the 50th floor.
