Stephanie Hyde, JLL’s UK chief executive, will leave the business at the end of this month.
Matt Richards will take on leadership of the UK business, while keeping his existing responsibilities as chief executive of capital markets for EMEA.
Hyde joined the firm in 2021, replacing Chris Ireland as UK chief executive. She had worked at PwC for 25 years, becoming partner in 2006, and had spent six years running the accountancy firm’s UK regional business.
Richards has been with JLL for almost three decades, starting as a graduate and working across business lines including valuation and capital markets.
