The James is looking to sell its fully let Manchester build-to-rent development for offers over £11.75m.
The asset, comprising 40 homes and two prime commercial units, is being marketed by Harris Associates at an 8% blended gross yield.
The James Manchester, which opened in 2023, comprises a mix of 14 one-bedroom and 26 two-bedroom apartments.
