Round Hill appoints Fresh to manage Irish student portfolio

Fresh Property Group has been appointed by Round Hill Capital to take over the operational management and marketing of its Irish purpose-built student accommodation portfolio. The partnership will help expand Fresh’s presence in Ireland. The operating platform has onboarded 1,343 student beds across four assets in Cork and Dublin since 1 April.
