Tuesday
Harworth Group will report its final results, which are expected to show record land sales in 2024. In its most recent trading update, the company quoted disposals for the year of 2,385 residential plots and 4.4m sq ft of industrial and logistics land, valued at a combined £230.1m.
London flexible offices provider Workspace Group will also deliver its annual figures. The company has warned that the macroeconomic environment weighed down on customer activity throughout 2024.
Lamberth Council planners have recommended the approval of plans for the refurbishment of the Vauxhall Walk buildings, SE11. Publisher Walker Books is looking to redevelop the existing buildings, measuring 42,000 sq ft, to add 6,641 sq ft of office and 5,264 sq ft of retail space alongside cycle parking and end-of-trip facilities.
Wednesday
M&G will report on its 2024 financial performance. The investor continues to reposition its property portfolio, having recently sold an office block in Sheffield and buying a PBSA project in London.
Thursday
Salford City Council is expected to decide the future of Peel L&P’s proposed scheme at Hazelhurst Farm in Worsley. The developer is seeking outline permission for up to 245 homes, 37,674 sq ft of later living space and a two-form entry primary school. In addition, the hybrid application includes detailed proposals for 155 homes.
British Land is awaiting green light from Camden Council to transform Euston Tower, NW1, into a life sciences and innovation hub. The plans were lodged late in 2023, featuring deconstruction of the 36-storey 1960s building to pave the way for an 835,000 sq ft block.
Friday
Wetherspoons will publish its interim results. The pub chain has kicked off the year with two pub openings in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, and at London Waterloo station, and aims to open a total of nine pubs later in 2025.
