Housebuilder Gleeson Homes has named Nicole Heslop as land manager for its Tees Valley, Tyne and Wear region.
In her new role, Heslop will be responsible for developing new relationships with stakeholders and identifying opportunities to grow Gleeson’s land pipeline in the North East.
Heslop comes from Home Group, where she has worked for the past six years, starting through the graduate programme and leaving in the role of development and delivery manager. At Home Group, she has secured various S106 and grant-funded acquisitions to support the Homes England Strategic Partnership pipeline.
Chris Dodds, land director at Gleeson, said: “[Heslop’s] experience will bring a fresh perspective that will help us identify new opportunities as we continue to strengthen our regional land pipeline as the market recovers.”
