Legal & General is looking to sell a £86m build-to-rent scheme in Brighton.
York & Elder comprises 209 flats ranging from studios to three-bedroom homes. It has amenities such as rooftop terraces, private dining rooms, lounge areas and co-working spaces.
The stabilised asset received planning approval in October 2021, and practical completion in April 2023.
York & Elder comprises two buildings ranging eight and 17 storeys.
The asset is 96% let and reserved and has a projected annual revenue of more than £1m.
