Car finance firm moves into MEPC’s Bee House in Oxfordshire

Oodle Car Finance has become the latest company to make Bee House at Milton Park in Oxfordshire its home.

The online car loan provider is settling into a 2,672 sq ft suite featuring co-working, event space and flexible serviced office hub created by MEPC. Licences for Bee House are offered for two years, with a three-month break clause at any time.

The deal takes Bee House to a 92% occupancy, which includes the likes of Aira Home, High Performance Polymer, Middleton Advisors, OBN, Physiomics, Total Projects and WobbleWorks.

Nikki Gibson, head of flexible workspaces at Ashdown Phillips & Partners who oversees Bee House, said: “We are finding that our occupiers are increasingly looking for more flexible facilities which can adapt to their evolving needs.

“These spaces offer their employees hybrid working opportunities and the option to network among like-minded companies, whilst enjoying easy transport links and access to amenities on their doorstep.”

Andrew Shaw, marketing manager at Oodle, said: “It’s a fresh, inspiring space that fits Oodle’s culture perfectly.”
