Logicor has signed pet food subscription service Cool Cat Club as the latest tenant at its Lawnhurst Trading Estate in Stockport, Greater Manchester.
Cool Cat Club signed a five-year deal for the 10,755 sq ft warehouse, which has undergone a complete refurbishment. The upgrade included a newly overclad roof and elevations, roof lights, energy-efficient LED lighting, and an air-source heating and cooling system.
Lawnhurst Trading Estate sits 10 miles from Manchester city centre, near junctions 1 and 2 of the M60.
