Clearbell Capital has entered into a joint venture with Deva Capital, an alternative investment manager, to drive a £150m acquisition and repositioning of industrial assets across the UK.
It follows the acquisition of an 18,000 sq ft industrial facility in West Byfleet, Surrey, in December last year, occupied by Trustford, the UK’s Ford-dedicated dealer group. The partners have also acquired Project Plus, a portfolio of two industrial assets totalling 179,000 sq ft in Gloucester and Manchester.
Alongside these transactions, Clearbell has also completed a refurbishment at Coventry78, enhancing its sustainability and operational efficiency.
Rob Cole, senior investment manager at Clearbell Capital, said: “Our joint venture with Deva Capital allows us to build further momentum in our logistics strategy, expanding our ability to acquire and reposition industrial assets in key locations.”
Clearbell was represented by Lewis Ellis in the West Byfleet and Project Plus acquisitions.
