Lloyds Living appoints BTR operator

Lloyds Living has appointed Native Communities to operate a trio of its build-to-rent schemes. 

The schemes comprise 631 homes in Nottingham, Stevenage and Cardiff. 

The portfolio includes British Waterways in Nottingham, a Grade II listed warehouse converted to 95 homes, developed by H2O Urban. It also includes Nexus in Stevenage, a development across multiple buildings, with a total of 264 homes as part of the wider masterplan of 576 homes developed by The Hill Group. And The Rise in Cardiff, a 30-storey tower consisting of 272 homes, developed by Galliford Try Investments. 

The assets are scheduled to complete in 2025 and 2026.
