Zoe Peace has left Bruntwood SciTech to establish her own consultancy, Z3 Advisory.
Peace has spent the past couple of years supporting Bruntwood SciTech across its life sciences-focused portfolio in the UK. She worked on the delivery of 1.7m sq ft of work and lab space at Manchester Science Park, within Manchester’s Oxford Road Corridor, and Melbourn Science Park near Cambridge.
Prior to that, Peace served at JLL as an associate and senior surveyor in the life sciences team and was also part of the public sector advisory team at Cushman & Wakefield.
Z3 is set to offer full lifecycle advice for development projects, from initial strategy and viability through to delivery and disposal. In her new role as a founder, Peace expects to specialise in development consultancy and transactional project management.
Peace said: “After more than eight years working across the real estate industry at JLL and Bruntwood SciTech, advising on over £1.5bn worth of development projects, I’m excited to take the leap and start my own venture, Z3 Advisory.”
