Tuesday
Serviced offices provider IWG is scheduled to deliver an update on its trading. Over the past year, the company reported its highest-ever network growth, with 899 new centre signings and 624 openings. It said it expects to exceed these numbers this year.
Colliers is expected to put out its Q1 2025 figures before the market opening. Analysts expect the company to announce earnings per share and revenue growth year-on-year.
Wednesday
Pub chain JD Wetherspoon will update its shareholders on its performance since the start of 2025. The company expects to open five franchise pubs until mid-summer this year, with four of these located at Haven Holiday Parks.
JLL has scheduled to publish its Q1 2025 earnings. Results are expected to show a year-on-year increase in the consultancy’s revenue.
Thursday
Derwent London will report on its most recent trading. Over the past few years, the REIT has strategically reshaped its portfolio, boosting confidence in its total return outlook for shareholders.
Leeds City Council will have Countrylarge’s proposals on the table for the development of 18-storey residential building at Sayner Lane, Hunslet. The scheme comprises 164 flats.
