Locale, an occupier experience platform, has formed a strategic partnership with Vantify, a specialist in compliance and risk management.
The deal will see Locale oversee building operations and occupier engagement services through its own cloud-based platform, replacing the incumbent Vantify Occupier Portal.
Vantify, formed through the integration of William Martin, Meridian, Prosure360, Elogs and the SRC Group, is used by some of the world’s largest managing agents in more than 70,000 properties across the UK and Europe.
Locale, founded in 2005 by Guy Windsor-Lewis (pictured), operates in buildings including the Shard and 110 Bishopsgate.
