Colliers has promoted Charlotte Ashton to head of London leasing ahead of the departure of the team’s co-heads to specialist agency Hanover Green.
Ashton, who was previously a leasing manager on secondment at Derwent London, will lead the 11-strong team, which forms a part of Colliers’ London offices division, alongside the London occupier team led by Stuart Melrose and London capital markets team led Simon Glenn.
She replaces Alex Kemp and Tom Wildash as they prepare to move to London and South East specialist Hanover Green.
Ashton joined Colliers from CBRE in 2019 as a senior surveyor. She participated in the company’s inaugural Real Estate and Leadership programme for Women in 2020 and was promoted to director in April 2022.
Kemp and Wildash’s decision to join the agency comes as it looks to add to and restructure its leadership team.
The firm recently announced the appointment of new partners – Guy Harris, from the agency’s central London office investment team, and Andy Tucker, who focuses on office leasing in Greater London and the South East.
Hanover Green and Colliers declined to comment.
