Consultant quartet launch industrial advisory firm

Four property professionals have come together to launch BOX4 Real Estate, a consultancy firm specialising in the industrial and logistics sector.

The move comes amid continued structural growth in the logistics and industrial sectors, with increasing demand for space, capital deployment, and development land across key UK regions.

The new venture will be run by James Goode, former head of industrial and logistics for the North West at Avison Young, and Sam Royle, Edward Kennerley and James Clements, who have previously served as partners at Knight Frank across the North West and Midlands.

The team’s collective expertise spans property disposals, occupier acquisitions and land transactions.

The founders said: “Our aim with BOX4 was simple – to build a business rooted in specialist knowledge, collaboration, and long-term relationships. We’ve each worked extensively in our respective areas and saw an opportunity to bring that expertise together under one roof, with a shared focus on the logistics and industrial market.”
