BHS Corrugated, a Germany-based corrugated machinery and solutions business has signed a lease with landlord Merseyside Pension Fund for a service hub at Premier Park in Winsford, Cheshire.
The company has taken Unit 5, an 8,102 sq ft space, within the 400,000 sq ft multi-let industrial estate, on a five-year lease. The unit includes 6,801 sq ft of industrial space and 1,301 sq ft of modern office accommodation.
BHS Corrugated joins a diverse group of occupiers at Premier Park, which has a strong focus on manufacturing. This latest letting follows last year’s deal with Liquid Metering Instruments, which moved into the 11,381 sq ft Unit 16 to support its expansion plans. Additionally, a 23,500 sq ft unit will be available to lease from July this year.
