Savills names new head of Cheshire office

Savills has strengthened its residential sales team in Cheshire with the appointment of Rosie Rickett, who will also become head of the Chester office.

Rickett will take over from Charlie Kannreuther, who has been leading the residential sales team in Chester since 2012. Kannreuther will still hold a key role in the region, specialising in the sale of country houses across Cheshire, the North West and the wider North of England.

Rickett joined Savills in 2019 and initially spent three years working across the region’s sales market. In 2022, she joined Savills’ office in London and focused on selling prime country houses.

In her new role, Rickett will be supported by Pauline Kay, who has more than 25 years’ experience in selling property across Chester and surrounding villages, and Jamie Bradshaw, who specialises in selling property on the Wirral.

Cameron Ewer, head of residential sales in the North West of England, said: “I have no doubt that Rosie will work closely with Charlie and rest of the experienced Chester team to continue to build on the strong reputation that they have established over the years and ensure the service we provide our clients remains best in class.”
