BlueCastle Capital has appointed real estate operational specialist Karen Archer to the role of chief financial and operating officer.
Archer joins BlueCastle Capital with more than two decades of senior leadership experience in real estate investment management, most recently serving as global chief operating officer, global real estate, at Schroders Capital.
She has held senior positions within JP Morgan’s global real assets team and AIG’s European real estate fund management team.
In her new role, she will be responsible for leading BlueCastle’s finance and operational platforms, driving scalable infrastructure to support the company’s growth and ensuring excellence across operations, governance, compliance and investor reporting.
