Hyndland House is let to Places for People Living+ Limited until 11 September 2035, subject to annual RPI linked rent reviews (1% & 4%).
Places for People Living+ Limited is a not-for-profit affordable housing provider, and part of the Places for People Group, rated A- by Fitch and S&P.
