Prepared by the London Property Support Lawyers Group and endorsed by the British Property Federation, four sets of suggested pre-contract enquiries pertaining to the sale or leasing of business premises, together with explanatory material, have now been published. If these are eventually adopted as standard practice, we should see a considerable speed-up in commercial conveyancing.
