The Regency hospital at Great Yarmouth is to be redeveloped as 62 private houses and flats. It has been acquired by entrepreneur Kit Martin. The first six houses went on sale last week. The building is listed Grade II. Prices for most of the homes will range from £30,000 to £120,000.
