T K Maxx, the discount fashion retailer, has taken a 2,044 sq m (22,000 sq ft) store in Land Securities’ Princes Quay shopping centre, Hull. The rent agreed has not been disclosed, but Land Securities’ David Smith said that a letting last year to New Look established a new prime rent for the scheme of £1,088 per sq m (£100 per sq ft) zone A.
Fawley & Booth, Healey & Baker and Harper Dennis Hobbs are letting agents. Jones Lang Wootton and Colliers Erdman Lewis advised the tenant.
