Canada Life Assurance Company has paid Scottish Provident Institution £2.325m for the freehold of a retail warehouse on the Ffordd-Cwm Tawe by-pass, Swansea, West Glamorgan. The 3,261 sq m (35,100 sq ft) five year old property is let to Great Mills at £205,500 pa, which equates to £63 per sq m (£5.85 per sq ft). The lease has 29 years to run.
