Cardiff council has granted consent for the 1,858 sq m (20,000 sq ft) first phase of an “office village” on 1.9ha (4.63 acres) of the £2m Cardiff Gate Business Park. The consortium behind the 80,000 sq ft scheme includes Impregilo, DND and PMH Properties.
Fletcher Morgan is marketing design and build options at £129 per sq m (£12 per sq ft).
