Crest Nicholson plans business park for south Bristol

Crest Nicholson Properties has submitted a planning application to Bristol Council for 23,225 sq m (250,000sq ft) of B1/ B2 / B8 space and a petrol filling station on 6ha (14.82 acres) of land at Henrove Way, south Bristol. The council owns the freehold of the site.

If consent is granted, CNP will build a new 500m (550 yard) access road and related infrastructure. Both developer and council plan to market the development through Hartnell Taylor Cook and King Sturge as the South Bristol Business Park.
