United Overseas has taken a new lease on Unit A, Harrier Park, Peterborough in Cambridgeshire.
The unit provides 5,548 sq m (59,721 sq ft) of warehousing and was let on a ten year lease. The deal was agreed at £26.91 per sq m (£2.50 per sq ft) with an upward only rent review at the fifth year.
The lessors, Gulliver Development Property Unit Trust, were represented by Lambert Smith Hampton and King Sturge & Co. Developed by Legal & General, the scheme is now 52% occupied.
