Equitable Life, which is advised by Healy & Baker and Carter Jones, has let two business space buildings on its Merlin Business Park, Breton, Peterborough, to Thomas Cook, the travel firm, to house its UK retail business. The leased space is 2,787 sq m (30,000sq ft). A 10 year lease with a break at the fifth year was agreed at a rent of around £22.60 per sq m(£2.10 per sq ft).
