The landmark Lloyds Bank building on Birmingham’s Temple Row is to be put on the market. A spokesperson for TSB-Lloyds confirmed the company will be moving out of the 864 sq m (9,300 sq ft) listed building in August into the bank’s larger premises in Colmore Row.
Lloyds is in negotiations with freeholder Birmingham City Council to market the 81 years remaining on the lease. The council is also considering a change of use on the property.
