The DOE has taken a prelet on 1,022 sq m (11,000 sq ft) of offices at Sutton Harbour Marina, Plymouth in Devon, from Celtic Land.
The Government Offices for the South West is paying £108 per sq m (£10 per sq ft) for a 25-year lease with a 15-year break option and 40 parking spaces. Bartlett Construction of Yeovil has started work on the scheme which will be completed by Christmas.
