Sale brings completion of Cardiff office scheme one step closer

Rightacre Properties has purchased the 1,525 sq m (16,400 sq ft) former synagogue at 13 Cathedral Street, Cardiff for £500,000. The vendors were the Receivers to Corinthian Development and Construction.

Corinthian had partially completed a redevelopment scheme when it went into receivership in 1991. The new owners will finish the work, expected to take around three to four months. Once complete, the offices will be put on the market.

Edward Symons & Partners and DTZ Debenham Thorpe acted for the receivers.
