Action Pack Finishing Services has taken the 2,090 sq m (22,500 sq ft) Unit 1B at Centurion Business Park, Peterborough. The parties agreed a rent of £45,000 pa, equating to £21.50 per sq m (£2 per sq ft), on a five-year lease.
