MNOPF Trustees has sold the freehold interest in 4/6 Abingdon Road, Nuffield Industrial Estate, Poole, Dorset, for £689,000 – reflecting a yield of 13.5%. The purchaser is a Dutch Antilles company.
The 1,672.2 sq m (18,000 sq ft) industrial estate comprises 14 units which provide between 74.32 sq m (800 sq ft) and 148.64 sq m (1600 sq ft) each. Tenants include British Bakeries and Nutland Carpet Accessories and all leases on the estate are due to expire around 2000.
