Rank Xerox UK has sub-let 1,461 sq m (15,723 sq ft) to Alexander Clay (AC) at Victoria Gate in Woking town centre, Surrey.
AC has signed up for 10 years at £150 per sq m (£14 per sq ft) with a break in 2002. A six month rent free period was agreed.
The deal highlights the shortage of good quality space available in Woking. Demand is high, but according to Knight Franks Emma Goodford, supply is “very paltry”. She believes there is an element of “panic in the market”.
