Asda St James has unveiled plans for the second phase of its redevelopment of Bradfords Forster Square station site.

Following the successful pre-letting of the entire first phase of 9,755 sq m (105,000 sq ft) of retail warehousing, plans have been unveiled for a second phase of 12,077 sq m (130,000 sq ft).

To make way for the second phase, a Royal Mail vehicle depot on Canal Road is to be relocated . The developers say this will allow the creation of a new retail corridor linking Forster Square with Hamstrasse.
