The sale of Kingsway Retail Park, Derby, for £12.6m cash largely accounted for Jacobs Holdings’ jump in turnover from £11.8m to £27.7m. The company reported increased first-half pre-tax profits of £1.75m against £1.32m last time, helped by an exceptional credit.
