BAe/SEMA has sub-let 2,198 sq m (23,660 sq ft) at 1 Atlantic Quay, Broomielaw, Glasgow, to Scottish Power.
The lease has seven years to run. Hillier Parker’s Keith Aitken declined to reveal the new rent, but in 1991 Glasgow & Oriental Developments let 11,148sq m (120,000 sq ft) to the joint venture. The rent then was understood to be between £161.46per sq m and £182.99 per sq m (£15 and £17 per sq ft).
