Wilson Bowden Properties is close to securing further lettings at its £17m Cardiff Bay Retail Park, at the junction of Ferry Road and the city’s Grangetown Link Road.
Maples, the furniture chain, is in advanced negotiations to take a unit, and the developer is also close to signing with a a fast food outlet and a cut-price food store.This would be in addition to Asda who has already taken an 8,825.5 sq m (95,000sq ft) anchor unit for a supermarket.
EJ Hales (Cardiff) and Colliers Erdman Lewis (London) are joint letting agents for the scheme which is expected to open in Spring next year.
