Millennium Chemicals retains office near Grimsby

Millennium Chemicals is to keep its premises open in Stallingborough near Grimsby as the British executive office. It has a titanium dioxide plant there. Millennium is being demerged from Hanson and is registered in the United States.

Hanson revealed it had cost around £95m to split the industrial conglomerate into four. The figure emerged in the listing details sent out yesterday for Imperial Tobacco and Millennium Chemicals.
