Berkeley-CAP has pulled out of developing Riverside Retail Park in south Liverpool.
According to former joint letting agent, David Ramsey of David Ramsey & Partners, the Merseyside Development Corporation has instructed Legat Owen to remarket the site and find new development partners.
Last year, Berkeley-CAP won planning consent to develop a £20m retail park totalling 18,580 sq m (200,000 sq ft) on the site.
