Hemway proposes £3m leisure development for Chorley, Lancashire

Hemway has submitted detailed plans to Chorley Borough Council for a £3m leisure development on Pall Mall in Chorley, Lancashire.

The developer plans to build a 6,120 sq m (65,880 sq ft) centre including a bowling alley, cinema, restaurant, pub, nightclub and fast food outlet. There would also be 719 sq m (7,740 sq ft) of offices on the site.

The proposals would involve extending the former Normid superstore store, currently on the site, by 1,864 sq m (20,065 sq ft).
