The developer Asda St James has prelet the last unit at its 7,989 sq m (86,000 sq ft) St James Retail Park, Knaresborough, North Yorkshire.
Sofa Workshops has taken 1,672 sq m (18,000 sq ft) at £153,000 pa.The unit is Sofa Workshop’s first out of town store. The other units have also been prelet to MFI, furnishers Barker and Stonehouse, Carpetright and Maples.
The park, which is on Harrogate’s southern by-pass, is under construction and is due for completion before Christmas.
Asda St James is a partnership between St James Securities and Asda Property Holdings. Hill Woolhouse advised the developers while Carter Wassell & Murdoch advised Sofa Workshops.
