Alldays targets 50 new stores across the south of England

Convenience retailer Alldays has launched a search for up to 50 new outlets in the counties of Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and North Wiltshire through its local franchisee Thames Valley Convenience Stores.

Richard Loveday of Loveday & Loveday, who is handling the search, said that large towns like Oxford or Swindon could take four or five Alldays stores each. The retailer trades from units between 111 sq m (1,200 sq ft) and 279 sq m (3,000 sq ft) in neighbourhood centres, fringe locations and new developments. Loveday said car parking was a crucial factor for the company.

Already six new units have been acquired through purchases of existing businesses.
