AXA Equity & Law is poised to develop speculatively 6,503 sq m (70,000 sq ft) of offices at 134-138 Edmund Street in Birmingham, West Midlands.
John Griffiths of joint agents Richard Ellis said that tenders for construction are “going out in the very near future”, while demolition tenders have already come in. Negotiations with Birmingham City Council on a Section 106 agreement are nearing completion.
The other joint agent on the scheme is Colliers Erdman Lewis.
