Council gives go-ahead for 27,825 sq m mixed use development at Harwell, Oxfordshire

The Vale of White Horse Council has granted planning consent for mixed-use development on a 258ha (637 acre) campus at Harwell, Oxfordshire.

United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA) is planning to develop 23,000 sq m (247,578 sq ft) of business space and a 5,000 sq m (53,821 sq ft) hotel and conference centre on part of its research and development campus.

Jones Lang Wooton and Kemp & Kemp are now marketing the site.
