Penna Group has sub-let the 557sq m (6,000sq ft)13th floor of Orion House, in Upper St Martin’s Lane, Covent Garden, London. The new tenant is Marathon Asset Management which has signed a new 10-year lease at a rent about £290.64 per sq m (£27 per sq ft). The deal was conducted through Bailey Posner and Baker Lorenz. Marathon Asset Management was represented by Saxon Law. The building is owned by Haslemere Estates.
