British Coal has sold its property fund management arm to La Salle Partners for an undislosed price. CIN Property Management manages £1.5bn of real estate for British Coal’s pension funds. The portfolio includes 17 shopping centres in the UK as well as office buildings in London, with a landmark tower near Oxford Circus. The latter comprises the BhS flagship store and 18,580sq m (200,000sq ft) of offices.
