Top Estates has signed up three tenants for its Leeds Shopping Plaza, confirming the city’s growing appeal for high street retailers.
A 2,136.7 sq m (23,000 sq ft) Virgin Megastore, the largest outside London, will open next month. Clothing retailer New Look will open at the same time. JJB Sports will open a superstore next spring.
The three new stores, along with another anchor outlet under construction, will increase the retail space in the plaza by 6,205.7 sq m (66,800 sq ft).
