Brands Hatch Leisure, which owns four motor racing circuits, has announced a price of 157p per share for its forthcoming floatation, valuing it at £34.3m.
The company plans to invest £3m in catering, retail and conference facilities during 1997 and 1998. Around £2m will go towards the upgrading of infrastructure and customer facilities.
Brands Hatch Leisure is hoping to make the circuits leisure destinations in their own right in the face of falling race attendance.
